Roshia is a Taiwanese-born costume designer, fashion designer, and makeup artist based in Los Angeles. She holds a B.A. in Fashion Design from Hsing Wu Institute of Technology in Taiwan and an Associate’s Degree in Film & TV Costume Design from FIDM in Los Angeles.

Her career began as a makeup artist at Make Up For Ever in Taiwan, where she also worked on film and TV sets as an intern. After relocating to Los Angeles in 2019, she quickly immersed herself in the world of costume design — collaborating with student filmmakers from AFI, Chapman University, and NYFA while still in school.

Since graduating, Roshia has designed for feature films, short films, and mini-series, and worked across costume departments in various capacities. Her work also includes styling for commercials and music videos. In 2023, she was approved for the O-1B visa, recognizing her extraordinary ability in costume design, and in 2024, she became a proud member of IATSE CDG Local 892.

Roshia continues to bring characters to life with thoughtful design, storytelling precision, and a deep respect for visual narrative.
